Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

" Wealth is not in having many possessions. Rather, true wealth is the richness of the soul. "

‘Iyad ibn Himar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

 "Verily, Allah has revealed to me that you must be humble towards one another, so that no one oppresses another or boasts to another."

Abu Burda reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided."

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the people are safe, and the believer is the one people trust with their lives and wealth."

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:

"He who believes in Allah and the Hereafter, if he witnesses any matter he should talk in good terms about it or keep quiet. Act kindly towards woman, for woman is created from a rib, and the most crooked part of the rib is its top. If you attempt to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it, its crookedness will remain there. So act kindly towards women."

Narrated Al-Aswad:

I asked `Aisha what did the Prophet (ﷺ) use to do at home. She replied. 

"He used to keep himself busy serving his family and when it was time for the prayer, he would get up for prayer."

Abu Hurairah said that the Prophet (ﷺ) said,

"Man follows his friend's religion, you should be careful who you take for friends."

Abu Hurairah said that the Prophet (ﷺ) said,

"By him in whose hand is my soul, if one of you were to carry a bundle of firewood on his back and sell it, that would be better for him than begging a man who may or may not give him anything."

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,

"The strong man is not one who is good at wrestling, but the strong man is one who controls himself in a fit of rage."

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,

"Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects: a man is the guardian of his family and is responsible for his subjects: a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them, and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it. Surely, every one of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock"

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said,

"The upper hand is better than the lower one (i.e., the spending hand is better than the receiving hand); and begin (charity) with those who are under your care; and the best charity is that which given out of surplus; and he who asks (Allah) to help him abstain from the unlawful and the forbidden, Allah will fulfill his wish; and he who seeks self-sufficiency will be made self-sufficient by Allah".

Ibn Mas’ud reported: He was harvesting toothsticks from an Arak tree and he had tiny shins. The wind blew and made him fall over, so people laughed at him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “What are you laughing at?” They said, “O Prophet of Allah, he has tiny shins.” The Prophet said, “By the one in whose hand is my soul, they will both be heavier on the Scale than the mountain of Uhud.”

Abu Mas'ud Al-Badri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When someone spends on his family seeking his reward for it from Allah, it is counted as a charity from him".

14.

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"The faith of a servant is not upright until his heart is upright, and his heart is not upright until his tongue is upright. A man will not enter Paradise if his neighbor is not secure from his evil."

15.

Narrated Abu Juhaifa:

The Prophet (ﷺ) made a bond of brotherhood between Salman and Abu Ad-Darda.' Salman paid a visit to Abu Ad-Darda' and found Um Ad-Darda' dressed in shabby clothes and asked her why she was in that state. She replied, "Your brother Abu Ad-Darda' is not interested in (the luxuries of) this world." In the meantime Abu Ad-Darda' came and prepared a meal for Salman. Salman requested Abu Ad- Darda' to eat (with him), but Abu Ad-Darda' said, "I am fasting." Salman said, "I am not going to eat unless you eat." So, Abu Ad-Darda' ate (with Salman). 

When it was night and (a part of the night passed), Abu Ad-Darda' got up (to offer the night prayer), but Salman told him to sleep and Abu Ad- Darda' slept. After sometime Abu Ad-Darda' again got up but Salman told him to sleep. When it was the last hours of the night, Salman told him to get up then, and both of them offered the prayer. Salman told Abu Ad-Darda', 

"Your Lord has a right on you, 

your soul has a right on you, 

and your family has a right on you;

so you should give the rights of all those who has a right on you." 

Abu Ad- Darda' came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and narrated the whole story. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Salman has spoken the truth."

16.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"Charity does not decrease wealthno one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status."

17.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"A servant does not cover the faults of another servant in the world but that Allah will cover his faults on the Day of Resurrection."

18.

Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"The best of you are the best to their families, and I am the best to my family."

19.

Abu Darda reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

"Shall I not tell you of what is better in degree than extra fasting, prayer, and charity?"

They said, “Of course!”

The Prophet said:

"Reconciliation between people. Verily, corrupted relations between people is the razor."

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said,

"A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be losers."
